Dr. Moses Onyoin

Dr Moses Onyoin is an academic and management consultant. He brings more than 16 years of academic, consulting, and practical work experience in Human Resources and Programme/Projects Management. He is currently a Research Fellow at the Telfer School of Management’s Major Projects Observatory at the University of Ottawa (Canada), Senior Lecturer at Makerere University Business School (Uganda), and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Hull (UK) and FH Muenster University of Applied Sciences (Germany).

Before his full-time academic and consulting work, Dr Onyoin worked in senior roles managing Human Resources and coordinating programmes and projects design and delivery in the profit and nonprofit sector organizations in Uganda. He joined the UBF Board as Trustee in November 2023 having served as a member of the Human Resources Committee since March 2022.
